Brief

We recently received a project brief from a well-known international courier. The client gave us instructions to carry out an exclusive direct mail campaign which required an exceptional level of presentation.

This campaign was to be delivered to a selection of 300 of the client’s most prestigious customers, inviting them to the grand opening of their new £100 million “Superhub” distribution centre. We were tasked with designing, printing, and delivering a striking, high-end invitation.

Design

We immediately set to work on the design stage. To give the invite a distinguished air, we proposed using silver foiled text on a stark black backdrop, with a new gloss polymer finish to bring a luxurious feel to the final print.

The piece was then enclosed in a high-quality Conqueror envelope, which achieved a unique and desirable effect, enhancing the company’s branding and promoting their dedication to excellence.

Fulfilment

Upon submission to the client, the direct mail piece was immediately signed off at Director level and cleared for delivery. Out of the 346 pieces sent, an impressive 299 people responded and attended the event – a staggering success rate of 86%!

We have since delivered a range of branded merchandise and promotional materials for this client, who is now one of our longest-standing customers.
