Disko Kids, an online retail brand established in 2016 by former DJ Helen Dukes, originally focused on creating unique, music-themed clothing for children before expanding into a vibrant range for adults.
DK were facing significant challenges with their fulfilment provider, as delayed parcels and a mounting backlog of returns plagued their operations. Communication with the provider was poor, with crucial questions and concerns going unanswered for days.
This inefficiency meant that launching new product lines was out of the question, and international shipping had to be paused. The service quality was simply unacceptable.
Although apprehensive about transitioning to a new provider, given customer service had become a weak point in the DK experience, finding the right long-term partner was vital for restoring and enhancing their reputation for exceptional service.
