Our preferred courier is DPD, chosen for its excellent service levels, one-hour delivery window notifications and carbon-neutral deliveries that align with our sustainability ethos. All deliveries are tracked with courier consignment numbers provided for full visibility. Our multi-carrier approach ensures we can select the best option for each job, aligning dispatch windows with your campaign schedule. For local deliveries within 20 miles of our HQ, we also use our own van to maintain flexibility and control.

Recent changes under the Windsor Framework for shipping to Ireland, along with the ongoing complexities from Brexit, can result in delays, additional customs checks and unexpected receiver fees. These issues affect shipments across Europe and the rest of the world and are outside our control. Where possible, we recommend that international deliveries are managed directly by the client to minimise these risks, but we are happy to step in if required.
