Challenge

The Wolseley Group required a comprehensive event merchandise kit for their annual conference, which posed several challenges. Firstly, the kit needed to be suitable for distribution to delegate hotel rooms the night before the event. Additionally, they sought a practical yet memorable item to complement the kit, and from a visual perspective, the kit had to prominently feature three distinct logos in a specific order, all within a fixed budget.

Solution

To address these challenges, we leveraged our expertise and product selection. Drawing from a pool of print marketing brochures, we presented The Wolseley Group with a range of options, each carefully curated to align with their brand and budget.

After careful consideration, they opted for a combination that included a vibrant cotton tote bag featuring full-colour printing to showcase the logos prominently, a bamboo pen pot with a wireless phone charger stand, elegantly engraved with the logos for a sophisticated touch.

Additionally, a square umbrella was selected, which not only allowed for the inclusion of a fourth logo but also served as a thoughtful giveaway given the potentially rainy March event date. Despite initial budget constraints, we crafted a unique snack kit tailored to their needs.

Starting with a bespoke printed box, we managed to include a delightful assortment of treats for their delegates, including Pringles, Dairy Milk, Border biscuits, Cadbury hot chocolate, and PG Tips tea bags.
