The Reebok team required 14 versions of both the swing tags and glasses instructions, catering to different languages, with approximately 2000 copies of each.
Our design team first focused on accurately arranging the compact glasses instruction sheet, ensuring it was print-ready. This involved meticulous content adjustment to fit the limited space. Once finalised, the instructions were printed on flat sheets before being sent to be clinically folded (miniature folding) to ensure a precise finish.
The swing tags, needing a sharp diagonal corner, were die-cut accordingly. This project was executed rapidly, with Birch handling half of the fulfilment, including attaching strings to the swing tags, while the Mondottica team completed the task. With thousands to fulfill, it was a collective effort from the larger Mondottica team.
